Abstract
|

|
In cleft-lip nose, nasal deformity and bad complex remain and the patients complain the disoder of nasal function, in many occassions. even after primary repair for the lip.
There weie many reportss on-rhinoplasty for nasal deformity of cleft-lip-nose such as those by Brown and McDowell, Musgrave an I Dupertius, Mclndoe and Rees. Potter, Erich, and Lamont. However, further excellent operative techniques are required and difficulties still remain. Recently Farrior reported satisfactory result following his own composite operation, we experienced good result in one case after operation for cleft-lip nose by Farrior´s technique.
